Job Description
The Offer.

– A full-time job, 40 hours a week
– Salary: 14 salaries per year x 1200€ gross per month + 180€ performance-related bonus + 300€ monthly accommodation bonus (valid for 1 year) + 130€ monthly relocation bonus (valid for 1 year)
– Schedule: rotating shifts from Sunday – Thursday 08:00 – 21:00 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Responsibilities
The Job.

In this role, you will be in charge of providing support and advice to the customer in regards to the brand’s tobacco products.
Your tasks are:
– Customer Service via phone an email
– Providing product information to the customer
– Professional usage consulting for the products
– Processing of warranty cases
