Job Description
We offer interesting and challenging Customer Support projects for fluent Slovenian speakers. You have the possibility to work for top world brands and gain experience in a multicultural environment.

- Slovenian Customer Support in Athens -

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers through e-mail, chat, phone, and social media (no outbound calls);
• Solve various issues, and provide assistance ;
• Maintain clear and respectful communication;
• Follow the established company procedures;
• Interact with other company departments;

Main Requirements:
• Fluent level of Slovenian (native, or near native) and advanced English - both verbal and written;
• Experience in working with customers;
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Teamwork and flexibility;

Benefits:

Successful candidates will be offered: : paid flight tickets, a taxi from the airport, 2 weeks hotel accommodation (bed and breakfast), assistance in finding a place of residence;
